great kettle, looks stylish, pours beautifully, only downside it is not so quiet

We have been searching for this kettle for the past 3 months, searched everywhere and it had been sold out only to find ao.com had it back in stock so we purchased the kettle and toaster set. The kettle looks very smart, well built and goes really well in our kitchen it's a contemporary kettle with that touch of tradition, it boils a full kettle in no time.

A little piece of art in my kitchen! Works perfectly! Another notch for cable on base would be good to minimise cable length in small kitchen.
