    OK but not great.

    3/5
It's ok, but the oven itself is very small and the shelves have a ridiculously low weight limit of 4kg. My lightest casserole dish is 3.9kg empty!!! And my ceramic bread dish is over 3kg empty. The eye level grill is nice, although a little wobbly. My previous ovengrill was solid enough to store saucepans on. This one is not.

Very hard to find this type of product anymore, it was well made and worked well. The problem with it is the difficulty to press in the knobs sufficiently hard and turn them at the same time, this type of appliance is very hard for an elderly or arthritic person to use

OK for light cooking but the shelves can't handle cast iron cookware.

Difficult to light. You let go too soon and it goes out. But I expect I'll get used to it. But I am not happy to discover that I can't use my roasting crocpot in it because my pot is cast iron and the shelves can only take 4kg in weight! 4kg is not very much. I just bought a chicken to cook and now discover that nothing I have is light enough to use in the oven. Basically it'll have to do, but it's not well designed if the shelves are not strong enough to hold the pots as well as the contents.

do not like the ignition system if you dont wait about 15 to 20 seconds the gas goes out and you have to start again .

The cooker itself looks great but we are not happy with the speed it cooks your food in the oven as something that should take 25min on gas mark 7 takes about 15/20mins longer,

    Ok

A good cooker except oven doesn’t seem to cook as well as some gas cookers.

    Well, it works . . .

First impressions are that this model has been built down to a price. Metal panels seem to be thinner gauge than previous cooker.  This is particularly clear when using the eye-level grill, which has all the rigidity of a trampoline. Some burner buttons have to remain pressed for some seconds after ignition, otherwise the flame will simply go out. The buttons themselves could be much better designed, and could be much clearer marked between ON and OFF to improve safety. Strangely, to move the buttons from "low" to "off" involves going through "high" which seems counter-intuitive, and rather a strange arrangement. As for AOs delivery abilities - the first delivery failed because the cooker came missing one or more burners. Re-arranged second delivery failed because one of the gas pipes on the cooker had been crushed. Any sign of compensation for wasted time? you're joking. To summarise: well, it works. Rating 3 is being generous.

    Not really happy.

The grill handles are a bit bulky. I have been using it a week but wish I had bought A cooker with double oven/grill on top of the would have been neater especially as my kitchen is small. Not too happy with the temperature of the oven. Also the knobs are big too. It is not very streamlined. Also the price of this cooker went down in the day it was delivered !
