    Oven is terrible

    2/5
I love almost everything about this cooker, the eye level grill, the oven light, the glass panelled door. . .BUT...the oven calibration is way out! To cook something on number 5 it has to be on number 7. However, it isn't as simple as just turning it up 2 numbers. It's can burn on the edges but not be cooked in the middle. As a home baker who makes celebration cakes for my family not having a reliable oven is a big deal for me. Such a shame. My old Flavel oven was spot on but now it seems that manufacturers don't care anymore about getting the calibration right. Now I have to go and spend more money getting a duel fuel cooker and it won't have the eye level grill I love. Very disappointed.

    faulty

A reasonably priced gas cooker when it was delivered the engineers were putting all together when they realised there was no back to the cooker so they dismantled it again for it to go back . Four days later another cooker arrived only to find the grill ignitor would not work .Once again four days later an engineer came out to tell us there was a break in a cable so I had to phone customer service which may I add were excellent, very helpful, for them to send an engineer out with a new part four days later . First day waiting but hopefully this will rectify the fault . Not had a great start for a brand new cooker

    smart looking cooker but !!!

I wouldn't recommend this cooker. The rings are very fast and so is the grill but the oven is pathetic.Every thing you cook in it takes ages and it has to be on 8 or 9 to get any thing done.Only buy this if you want your evening meal at breakfast next day .

Heat ?? and timer not working

    2/5
I bought this appliance two weeks ago and already the timer has stopped working and it takes twice as long to cook anything as the oven does not reach the temperature that is set on the dial so have to set 2 levels above the setting the recipe requires.

Old fashioned look I got it for my mother-in-law as its easer to grill she doesn't have to bend down but the look of this cooker drags you back to the sixties

    Problematic

    3/5
Cheap & flimsy construction - eye level grill 'wobbles' because support isn't strong enough. Oven disappointing temperatures, lower than number selected i.e. oven 6 = 5, etc. Hob OK. Construction requires gas engineer to "sign off" installation or your house insurance will not be valid. AO do not install this model (it requires 2 tiny pipes to be installed into the grill in addition to main gas pipe - about 5 minutes extra work!). This then means that removal of old cooker is problematic because you're waiting for your gas engineer AFTER delivery of new one. Mine came with a manufacturing fault in the enamel, taking 5 weeks so far to resolve.

    Difficult to assemble

Good stove once assembled but i did not expect to have to employ a plumber for an hour to put it together.
