We give this 1 star because the hob is ok, but if you want to use an oven do not buy this cooker. We bought one at the end of Nov '22 because our fitted kitchen imposed limitations meaning that we had replace 'like for like' but it certainly has proved not to be alike. Our Christmas turkey took 2 hours longer than planned at a higher gas mark and the cooker has proved to be completely inadequate since. We have had AO's engineer out three times: on the first visit he fitted a part to improve heat circulation but the cooker continues to be two gas marks lower than it should be plus it fails to maintain the temperature. The engineer has blamed many things such as our baking trays being too deep and too close to the oven sides, improved efficiency requiring lower gas flow, and us trying to cook too much at once. He thought there was nothing wrong with the cooker though. We have been advised that we have a good case for a full refund, not that AO have offered one, but that would leave us without any form of cooking. Now plan to refurbish the whole kitchen, but we certainly will not be getting anything from AO. Look out for us offering a secondhand cooker for sale, though now the ignition doesn't work

Eye level grill won’t light, oven won’t get to the right temperature , light inside turned on once only thing to work was the Hobbs. Have to wait for beko to fix it because of the 1 year guarantee

We purchases this gas cooker to replace one that we bought over 20 years ago. Over all the cooker is good. We have however found it does have a few down sides. Unfortunately even though the oven is large a clip on guard at the back of the shelf does restrict the size of tray that can be used. We have how ever overcome this by removing the guard. the shelves still do have a raised edge at the back which stops the tray from going back all the way to the rear of the oven but does allow you to use a standard sized roasting tin or pizza tray. The other issue is the built in timer which is very basic, again overcome with the means of a mobile phone or separate timer. Finally there is no dedicated keep warm setting on the oven (E setting) Plus points oven light is activated by push button rather than being on all the time when oven is used like with our old one, owners manual has temperature conversion chart for Gas Mark and Deg C Eye level grill has large area which we can toast 4 slices at one time all toasting evenly. The bottom has a large storage area for all your oven tins and trays. Good choice of hotplate size with one large two medium and one small. I Would of awarded 5 stars with better timer ang slightly longer oven shelves, better timer and keep warm setting on oven.
