This cooker is ideal for me. It's an excellent replacement for my old cooker. The grill is at a perfect height for me and heats up very quickly. I like the extra storage space at the bottom which has come in very handy. The oven is ideal for me too and the oven light is an added bonus as my old cooker didn't have one. There is some assembly to be made with the grill but this was done without too much trouble. The service from ao was very good too. I was kept up to date on the delivery schedule and they were here bang on time. I like everything about this cooker, it's excellent, and very reasonably priced too. There is a built-in timer which has also come in very handy. Very happy indeed.

This model was great surprise much better than expected , it has great storage space at the bottom, and has high-tech enclosed grill I've not seen before ! the grill toasts so even ..also a timer and an oven light, the oven is at a convenient height so no more having to slam the oven door or accidents on the floor

Had I known that the whole of the raised part for the grill had to be lifted and connected up, I would not have purchased this product. The booklet was useless. I still have some sort of metal plate that I don't know what its for. No wonder it is a £85 connection fee (the cooker only cost £270). My plumber was less than that but it took much more work than a simple connection to the gas supply.

So pleased with this cooker my mum and Dad love it they are both 71 years old and find in easy to use the gas lights easy and the oven is so much higher than there old one and they also like the grill as its at eye level

We got the new Beko cooker from AO.com. They were fantastic and delivered the next day at 7.35 am. We had the whole day to get it sorted then so thanks AO. When we unwrapped the cooker there were 4 chips in the white enamel paintwork. One of them is between the grill and the hob, so it is fully on show. This is a shame as the cooker assembled OK and the grill and oven tests carried out OK. The oven did smell and the house had the smell for a couple of days. The grill test set off our smoke alarm. I sent an email to Beko customer services with the photo`s of the chips. They tried to blame it on delivery damage but I would not accept that. They are sending a service engineer to sort it out.

Two things that would improve this cooker would be deeper shelves in the oven and the larger hob ring to the rear (for safety) with a medium and small ring at the front

This cooker is very easy to use and a dream to clean, it is very slim and easy on the eye, I am so glad I chose this model, I have no regrets.
