The oven tray and grill scratch to inside of the oven every time I try to take them out/ put them in.
If it wasn't such a hassle, I would have returned it.
Next time I will definitely be paying more for a better quality oven.
Can't recommend this oven to anyone.

Very pleased with the cooker . Nice design and layout of switches . My
first electric cooker , so it took me a while to get the settings correct .
Now i find it a pleasure to cook with , and easy to keep clean .
