Exchange of damaged fridge. Easily arranged. New fridge same as previous in that some screws are the wrong size. Had to use my own. Otherwise a good fridge with useful bottle rack.

Oh wow after a 'wonky' start did we have liftoff to the moon! I can not fault the beauty and efficiency of this product, highly recommend all round satisfaction. Thank you.

This fridge arrived with a twisted door and I have been waiting weeks for a replacement from Stoves, who don't seem very interested. It also has a completely useless compartment underneath the bottom shelf that you can't get to without lifting up the bottom shelf. I would really like a refund but can't get one as I have unpacked the item.

It's only been about over two weeks I was told by an stoves engineer that it's inseparable and you need a replacement. The manufacturer says yes we will replace as some fault it manufactur but no refund for £40 worth of shopping that went off in it. They said it says on the receipt. I still haven't spotted it. But what a rip off!!.

This was a replacement larder fridge. The fridge is very well designed and excellent quality. Fantastic value for money. Liked the drawer at the bottom for vegetables and the location of the temperature gauge is good. Overall very happy! The service was AO.com was fantastic as well.
