Great hob, works very well excellent features would recommend

A few people (our son included) told us if we were changing to go for an induction hob, well they're not wrong. It amazing but definitely look for a hob wired directly to the fuse box not with a 3 pin plug . The AEG model has the boost on all four 'rings' and boils a pan of cold water in 20 seconds but will turn down to below a simmer. Fantastic product and as someone else said, Which top buy !!

Changing from gas to an induction hob was something of a gamble but the experience has been nothing but a choice that I would recommend to anyone considering this action.

Super little hob. Boils a pan of water as quick as an electric kettle and a frying pan is ready for use within 20 seconds! Controls straightforward and well laid out with a very useful PAUSE button. . . It even has a built in timer!

Not been able to use it yet. At first, we thought it was broken but an engineer came and it was a problem with our socket. At least we now know it works, can't wait to use it

Overall it’s a great hob. Switched from gas and was a bit apprehensive about losing the ‘instant heat’ it provides, but was impressed by this hob. It heats the pans really evenly and very quickly on the higher settings. The half-point increments give plenty of control over the temperature as well. One criticism is that the smallest ring feels a bit under-powered, so you have to have it much higher to achieve the same effect. Other than that, it’s great!

very smart AEG appliance for my new kitchen, looking forward to using the hob a lot more in the future , first time for an induction hob for me but so far its very impressive

Our first induction hob broke recently, however, through usage I realised there were things I didn’t like (like a large ring at the front for frying). Therefore, I felt more knowledgeable searching for a new one and after a few uses I do really enjoy this one and the glass seems thicker/tougher than our last one.
