Delivered within a few days. It is a no frills item with oven and grill. However only one shelf included so you may want to buy another shelf and grill pan separately.

Easy to install if a like for like replacement. Comes with a plug but could hard wire for piece of mind should you prefer, stand alone timer quite useful. Unclear if should have come with grill pan or not, AO were u obtainable to verify. Cooking times initially seem longer than recipe directions generally state (only been in service a week) so temp dial may be a tad optimistic Delivery team were spot on polite and efficient, I live 3 floors up all stairs and no complaints or grips with the

The specifications were simple (instructions from my mother regarding what she needed and could cope with). Had to be good quality and efficient in terms of purpose and energy. It couldnt be "fancy", but still had to change function, temperature and have a time indicator - all controls to be clear to view and easy to use. Oh, and it had to look good and make her kitchen feel more modern. All boxes ticked.excellent value. Downside, it could do with an addition shelf.

Good wee oven for the price. If I was being picky it is a tad short for the space it sits in but not noticeably so its just I am a bit OCD ; ) It does what it says on the tin without any faffing about with digital timers etc so pretty idiot proof. Only one shelf but I ordered another one no problem. Happy with it so far.

Nice oven, looks good, fits standard space, heats up quickly, easy to fit, reasonably priced, prompt delivery by polite driver.

Delivery was good and the product itself is very good. The oven area is bigger than my old Indesit oven, which is good. Negatives, I wish there was a 2nd shelf included. The lenght of the cable is not long enough.
