Basic oven but heats up quickly and comes with a shelf and grill pan (no handle). Is a great inexpensive option. I have nothing negative to say about the oven - would definitely recommend.

Only problem is they only seem to last for two years before they develop problems.

Nice quiet oven. Works well. Overall only one niggle and that is there is only one shelf provided. I did read this in previous reviews and kept my old oven shelves, however they are a different size.
