Needed an oven that was a 'plug and play' type not a hardwired one. This oven does this and some. Able to install myself as very light. Excellent at heating up and cooks food very well. Very pleased overall.

I needed a quick and easy oven and that is just what this oven is.

In what world does an oven come with one shelf pointless. How are you suppose do cook a meal. The only saving grace is that it's a replacement because I'm selling my flat and I'm not going to be using it I pity the fool that buys my flat and plans a dinner party. Oh handles for the no existing grill pan. Don't buy this oven unless you live by yourself and only cook a ready meal. Why have multiple layers for shelves and only one shelf so angry.

Oven is only supplied with one shelf and a drip tray. Needs additional shelf and proper grill pan!

The 3 star rating is purely for the reason this oven only has one shelf and a drip tray. I contacted Indesit spares they have quoted £19 odds for a spare shelf and tell me that when using the grill you use the shelf with the drip pan below it! It heats quickly is quiet and looks good. We bought it as it has a 3 pin plug and that is what the one we were replacing had. The timer would have been better if digital as it is not an accurate dial.

Delivered right to where I wanted it. Communication was great driver called just before delivery to tell me the time of arrival. Polite guys thankyou
