this product was not as good as we expected when the grill was on any length of time the knobs on the cooker got very very hot

The product is brilliant especially after using an eye level grill cooker, and it is 10cm bigger as well. Oh heaven. The cooker is really very good and I’m glad I chose this particular one. It is easy to use and the controls are easy to use and it is very easy to wipe down any spills.

Good basic cooker although disappointing that the ignition is not automatic.

Product is very good. However, most impressive was AO service. They delivered the cooker up two flights of steps, removed the old cooker, installed the new one and tested it and took away the old one. They informed and notified regularly of delivery time and requirements and arrived as expected. Overall could not be more pleased.

I love LoVe LOVE this gas cooker. My old one wasa beko cooker, it 7 years old and needed to be preheated for an hour before you could out anything in it and everything needed to be cooked on full power. This one needs 5 minutes preheating and if on full releases all the heat of hell of fire. It is an absolute godsend. I highly recommend this cooker. The only one small gripe is ( which was an oversight on my part for not realising pre-purchase) is that it isn't a fan assisted oven, other than that its A****

Looks good and works well. The only issues I had with this lovely cooker were there being no hose included (& this not being mentioned anywhere when ordering, meaning I had to get someone out twice to be able to use it before Christmas!) and the fact that the grill doesn’t like lighting from the ignition - I’ve only managed it once, the rest of the time I’ve had to use an oven lighter. Otherwise I’m loving it!

This is the only all-gas (i.e. hob, oven and grill) 60cm-wide cooker we could find on the market, other gas cookers having electric grills; it has the best energy rating, is well reviewed, and is not expensive. However, very soon after installation we noticed that pans were rocking on the right-hand rear burner, and discovered that one of the rods on the the pan support grid was bent upwards slightly, so that pans couldn't sit flat, and that there was paint missing where the rod joined the rest of the grid. As the rod was bent upwards, it seems most likely that this damage had occurred before the cooker was packaged at the factory. Indesit quickly sent a replacement pan support grid under guarantee, but the design has changed since the cooker we received was manufactured, so that the new right-hand grid doesn't match the left-hand one. This is no great matter, but we wonder how long the cooker had been in AO's warehouse before we bought it! Otherwise, after nearly four weeks use, we are happy with it. We've bought a third oven shelf (from a third-party supplier), as it comes with only two. The top oven is very handy.

Love that cooker has separate grill/small oven and lid to cover hob. Excellent safety features. Very happy with this gas cooker. Replaces very old one. New one looks great in kitchen. Very easy to keep clean.
