Lovely quite oven, used it a few weeks now and am not sure if it takes a bit longer than other ovens I’ve had. It’s easy to clean and use.

Really pleased with my oven, which was purchased at short notice after my old oven needed replacing quickly having broken. The oven heats up fast, and cooks nice and easily. Looks neat, and straightforward to use - really good value for money. I used the ao installation service too, and they were brilliant too - on time, efficient, tidy workers, and they even gave my dog a cuddly toy.

Overall appears to be a decent product. Shelves & grill pan are not as sturdy as my last oven. Not supplied with handle for the grill pan

Nice looking oven, but wrong manual sent with it, as cant use cleaning programs as totally different instructions, I rang customer care, who done a three way chat with hoover customer services, who was very rude, I sent photos of my controls on oven, and manual instructions and photos, by email to hoover and was promised it would be sorted, it hasn't, totally ignored by Hoover, next time I would buy a more expensive brand , as totally unacceptable, awful customer care from Hoover.

Very quiet. Heats to set temperature quickly. Looks good. Would like timer beep to be louder. Can’t understand why a handle is not provided for the grill pan. It is like selling a car without a steering wheel. Overall very pleased with this product.

Good oven and very easy to use

This is a really good oven for the price, we have tried a range of different meals using the various cooking options and they have all been successful so far, big improvement on my last oven
