Very pleased with my new Hotpoint Fridge Freezer. Much roomier than I thought and very efficient too. I Would definitely order from AO.Com again if I need an appliance. Ordering, keeping in touch, delivery, installation and removal of old appliance was seamless.

So far, so good. Fitted straight in, doors were easy to change opening side. Has a longer length cable than the previous unit. Very quiet when compressor is running. Deep drawers in freezer.

Works fine - possibly too cold without the ability to turn settings down in fridge or freezer. Top shelf of freezer continually breaks so it's a poor finish. Freezer drawers feel flimsy too. Best thing about the whole purchase was the smooth and efficient process of the ao.com installers!

Great product. Plenty of space for all items. Fits well in our ikea kitchen. Delivery was smooth and was efficiently fitted. Large compartment for veg - fab.

This was delivered really quickly and was really well packaged. It is exactly as described on the website. We were able to put it in with ease and it is fully functioning. I love the space that the drawers provide, especially in the freezer. I've had to get used to the shelf on the dorr being a bit higher, gives you more of a workout getting the milk out! Very pleased in general, thank you.
