The product is excellent - and very easy to clean, all it takes is a damp sponge! There was a broken piece, but AO was on the case right away. (we could still use the item)

This gas hob is a replacement for an old one. It is perfect for my Mother to use as she suffers from Alzheimer's. The reason being that she can understand the simplicity of it and doesn't become befuddled by too many dials and choices.
