Easy to set up and looks really nice. Plenty of space inside. The Fridge/Freezer was really well packaged and taken to where we needed it. The delivery men were excellent.

The appliance is impressive and excellent value for money. It achieves operating temperatures quickly and has ample storage space. We emptied a large fridge freezer, a single fridge and a single freezer into this one and had room to spare. The only possible downside is that there appears to be some barely discernible indentation of the panel doors surrounding the recessed handles. This appears to be related to the overall build quality rather than a defect and is perhaps to be expected in this price range. Although guidelines for reviews suggest focussing on the product rather than on AO, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that customer service has been second to none. Our first appliance arrived with some very minor impact damage; AO swapped it out promptly and without hesitation, and were always very forthcoming and polite in keeping us informed about stock and delivery.

Excellent product, which came in perfect condition. Ideal fit for us and much better than similar products we had seen in the fact that the water dispenser doesn't take up much room within the fridge and still offers a shelf for storage. Plenty of storage for all of our fridge and freezer food and drinks infact, very happy with this purchase!

Great size and spec holds loads of items, more than my previous fridge freezer, nice modern settling and easy to use water dispenser with no plumbing required!
