I love the vacuum and the standard of it including how powerful it is and having it delivered being available, it’s a great quality item. The only thing I had an issue with is that the item does not come in a box that hides what the item is which I wanted hidden because I live with the person it was for as a gift.

Very good, still getting used to it. Suction and attachments seem very good. The switch to change to brush setting is a little stiff and cumbersome.

Harry is a great addition to the family. Highly recommend this versatile vacuum. Brilliant on cleaning up pet hairs.

It works amazingly well on our hardwood floors and on our carpets. Only issue (which I don't mind) is that it is a little heavy.

Decided to get a Henry variety vacuum after our previous bagless vacuum kept needing to have the filter washing each week. This model has great suction and a good variety of tools. The only downsides are that the pet hair tool gets easily tangled up with hair which is fiddly to clean, and the pet hair tool also has a little flange which looks like it should slot in the holder like the main tool does, but it doesn't fit.

Found this quieter than previous upright vacuum cleaner, great selection of tools especially for pet hair removal. Place to store tools I use the most on the machine, others need to be stored elsewhere, but no huge problem to do this. I have one of the original Henry's (which is still going strong) and I won't use any other make now.

Nice and easy to push around, especially like the pet hair brush & onboard attachments.

More powerful than my last Henry which died after five years. This is a great hoover but the only downside is the wheel on the end of the brush which I believe restricts movement as oppose to the previous design. I've swapped this for the previous attachment.
