The vacuum itself is good. only had it a week so time will tell.

This is a brilliant Hoover - it loses a star because there is no high and low switch like other models. To change heads you need to pull incredibly hard - or don’t bother. It didn’t lift the pile on my carpet as well as I had hoped.

This vacuum definitely suctions very well and I do feel like there is less hair in the house. I didn’t give it five stars because in fact the suction is so strong that it’s difficult to use on area rugs where I need it the most. The smaller vacuum attachment works well on rugs but the hair gets stuck in the roller -I have to pull it out each time and I’m assuming that it’s only a matter of time before that becomes a problem. Obviously the vacuum is also big and so not easy to carry or store-I might try one of the smaller versions if I were to buy again.

I bought this because it has such a good reputation for pet hair. I like how quiet it is in comparison to my old one and it seems to work well but it does seem a bit flimsier than I was expecting especially the handle/tube. Instructions are pictorial and basic eg nothing to say how to tell when the bag is full.

I have 2 dogs which both shred hair my Harry Hoover gets all the hair up the first time around

Having had Henry’s/hetty’s for a number of years Having two dogs and kids it’s always being used in the house ! The old one was getting a bit of a chore But the harry is light easy too use and the new ball on the head attachment means it glides over any surface ! Well impressed! Won’t be buying any other hoover !

Bought following recommendations from friends and colleagues for use during a complete house renovation. Great for dust and grit, and will look good once the house is done too. Only down side is there are no holders on Harry for the smaller roller.
