Bad service. No contact made by customer services

The gas hob is fine but the delivery, fitting and customer service were awful. We waited in all day on our booked date - nobody turned up & no one contacted us to say he wasn’t coming. We had no cooking facilities. We called the fitters number several times & the automated delivery service kept saying he was on his way. The next day it was me who had to rebook delivery & fitting - which didn’t happen until 5 days later. I’ve emailed customer services - no reply at all & it’s nearly 2 weeks now. Not even an acknowledgment. This is the last time I’ll use AO. Shame as they previously were a good company to use.
