We had a Hotpoint integrated fridge before and after 17 years it gave up....not bad innings if you ask me! That's why I chose another Hotpoint product. Although the external measurements are the same, the internal area seems larger for some reason, and the shelving arrangement can be put in place as such, that you can see all you jars of chutney etc at-a-glance without having to bend and rummage through the lot to get what you want. The freezer compartment is also more spacious. After 17 years, I would also expect the running costs to be half of what I have been used to paying :-)

The fridge is surprisingly spacious- in particular the salad drawers hold a lot of produce and the freezer draw is perfect for keeping a few items.
