Disappointed with this dishwasher. The trays are restrictive for loading compared to my last dishwasher ( another brand). The start/finish function is clumsy and instructions are not clear. Would not recommend.

A nice slim dishwasher, but when you open the door it feels flimsy, and it took ages to work out how it works. It’s very odd.

It's ok. The quick 30 minute cycle is good if you have only lightly soiled cups and plates that have been recently used, otherwise you need to use the longer cycles. The eco cycle takes nearly 5hrs, which is ridiculous. On the plus side, capacity is good for it's size and it's quiet.

Disappointing dishwasher. It’s about 70% successful in actually cleaning everything put in there. I’ve tried all the programs and added functions, all to limited success. I miss the Kenwood one we had - should have stuck to what I know. Doubt I can get a refund because it’s been used for 3 weeks…that’s how I know I don’t like it and it isn’t very effective. It mostly cleans and is quiet and cheap. That’s why it got 3 stars.

Works as expected, controls are hopelessly labelled and not in any way intuitive. Reference to manual required to make any sense of labelling and settings.

For the first 5 or 6 washes the items inside were not cleaned properly. Both AO.com and Hoover were unresponsive to requests for help. No return of calls, nothing. For an english-speaking brand, the instructions are appalling and the programme names on the screen do not relate to the programmes written on the machine - totally useless. It is quiet but drying is not very good.

Early days but we are unimpressed with the internal trays which make loading it tricky, especially wine glasses. The lower tray/basket also falls off easily. Found the push button controls confusing. hopefully it will clean well! and we will get used to it, but at the moment wishing we had replaced its predecessor with the same make and model.

Arrived faulty replacement send asked for it to be checked prior to delivery and was assured it would be …… Nope not checked fortunately it was ok
