Great oven, exactly what we needed

This is an excellent product and at a brilliant price. The ovan is very quiet and heats up pretty fast. The grill also heats up very fast but takes longer to grill bacon than my previously oven. Delivery was fast and ordering on line was simple and easy.

Great product - we based our purchase on other reviews and have not been disappointed. We also agree with another reviewer who noted it was strange to only have one oven shelf and so will order a second one (not really a problem). We could not find any fault with AO.com delivery, customer service and professionalism with a good sense of humour. Recommend them without hesitation!

Nice modern looking cooker,black goes with other items in the kitchen. Disappointed that you only get one oven shelf instead of the two advertised in the description provided. Also the grill is very close to the element so can’t grill anything larger than a piece of toast in the grill pan. Tried unsuccessfully to contact Hotpoint but no email address provided.
