The product was great, however AO put back my delivery by over two weeks. This led to problems with advertising it for let as we could not photograph the oven and the tenant was left without a working oven for several days.

I had similar Hotpoint product for 13 years and that was a good basic oven so decided to go with an updated similar model. Easy delivery, easy to unpack, good price and very pleased overall with the product so far.

Fantastic, doesnt feel cheap, well built, the rings heat up quickly and cool down fast too, really impressed with this product!

It’s looks lovely and fits with well with my other hotpoint items. Not test the full range of things yet but so far so good.

Good, sturdy, manageable knobs and the heat lowers quickly. Lights up to show what ring is being used including if it's the oven or the grill. Lights stay on the cooker as a safety measure until it's cooled down.

We wanted a straightforward (non digital )cooker, and this ticked all the boxes. Very pleased with the overall appearance and finish, the grill pan is a bit awkward to get in and out, and the removable handle is a bit fiddly. We have got a couple of marks on the ceramic top already, but that may be our own fault, as something boiled over on it!.

only gave 4 stars as the grill is very tight getting in and out...i suppose in time it will get easier, i hope. Apart from that the cooker is great and nice looking.
