It looks very good in my kitchen. Very modern and very easy to clean. I just love it.

Seems to be perfect. It is very quiet and heats up quickly. Does the job while looking very smart!

It has no timer is smaller than expected with only one rack inside the oven for cooking on cooks food well

First time we used it, was making a fry up and spilled some rain egg on the hob and this left damage which is devastating for first time use. Also, the grill tray is a pain to get in, it’s not smooth and the shelf is too high as well so baking paper caught fire while trying to cook bacon without burning it.

Great product - we based our purchase on other reviews and have not been disappointed. We also agree with another reviewer who noted it was strange to only have one oven shelf and so will order a second one (not really a problem). We could not find any fault with AO.com delivery, customer service and professionalism with a good sense of humour. Recommend them without hesitation!

Nice modern looking cooker,black goes with other items in the kitchen. Disappointed that you only get one oven shelf instead of the two advertised in the description provided. Also the grill is very close to the element so can’t grill anything larger than a piece of toast in the grill pan. Tried unsuccessfully to contact Hotpoint but no email address provided.

Overall nice cooker, but not as robustly built as the previous version I was replacing after nearly 30 years of use. I liked the look of the ceramic hob, however in use it's a nightmare to look after; the glossy finish always looks smeary despite frequent cleaning and polishing, and my pans have scratched the surface already even though I am careful. The comments made by others regarding the grill pan, I totally concur with. I saved the grill pan from my old cooker which was much better made and fits just the same, but am not quite ready to abandon the shiny, new kit yet! The oven is quieter, efficient enough, the hobs heat fairly quickly, but I much preferred my old cooker which had a matt black finish and was much less work to keep clean looking.

This reall is a great cooker. Well made and stylish. Good instructions to wire in and cooks great.
