So far a good buy, good controls and lid opens easily. Only complaint is there is only 2 baskets.

Great buy. Loads of space bigger than I thought. It’s in the garage so the internal light a god send. Works great.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the freezer which has good, clear instructions for setting the temperature and fast freeze. I should be able to freeze our own produce with this model. Good, speedy delivery from ao as well since my old freezer had broken down and I needed a replacement urgently.

Ordered easily, delivery was superb - such helpful guys - even when it looked like we couldn't get it through the door; they found a solution.

The product is fine, it’s a freezer and it works as it should. The only downside was the delivery driver and his mate were a bit grumpy. They had no record that I had taken out the 5star service and didn’t initially want to unpack or take away the old freezer (Which is why I took out the 5 star service) Eventually they rang their office who confirmed it but there was much huffing and puffing about the whole issue. Shame really as AO have always been good in the past. Maybe it was just an off day.
