My mother's previous Bosch oven lasted over 25 years with typical usage so when it finally gave up, it stopped heating, we decided to go with this one in the hope it will last that long too. (That might have even been our fault as we always had the drip tray resting on the floor of the oven, which the instructions for this one say not to do) Seems very well built, very nice white glass finish, and nice knobs which feel sturdy and not cheap. The light is nice and bright too. It fitted perfectly in the single oven slot in our kitchen. Even the front retaining screws were in the exact same place as the last one. The shelves are designed so that they slide out half way and then hit a stop so they don't fall out accidentally, but can be removed by simply lifting the front edge up. The side rails for holding the shelves are a little awkward to remove for cleaning, I think my mother would struggle with those. The digital clock is bright red, can be programmed as just a countdown timer with a alarm, or can turn the oven off when the timer reaches zero. You can also set a "to be finished cooking at time", though this is not very intuitive as you need to set the countdown timer, then set the finish time. The fast preheat function seems to work well, and the oven chimes when it gets to your set temperature which is nice. You do then have to set the oven to the desired mode of operation afterwards. Can't yet comment on the self-cleaning rear panel yet. The manual says this should last the lifetime of the oven. Only gripe is that the power lead is a little on the short side. The power lead has a special plug that plugs into the back of the oven so you kind of have to use it, whereas the previous oven had terminals on the back for bare wires to be inserted. Your connection will pretty much have to be directly behind the oven and won't leave much room for plugging the plug into the back of the oven before sliding it into the slot. I used a 30A junction box to connect to the previous wiring and make the job a little easier. Overall pleased with the purchased.

We have recently purchased a new oven from AO. The whole experience was really great right from the online ordering process until the final delivery and installation. The oven is really slick and efficient; it has lots of different options and we have been very happy so far, especially due to the fact that on the back of the Christmas holidays, we had to use it extensively.

Nothing not to like. Excellant delivery on time with phone call before. Only had it a week but does everthing it claims to do. Would recommend.

As expected from Bosch this is a well built and easy to operate oven. This oven fitted into a standard cabinet with no problems at all. I was under the impression that it didn't come with any connecting wire but it has a plug and lead that fits into the oven with the other end free for you to connect in to your power supply.

This product is the most powerfull oven I have ever had, turn your back and food goes from white uncooked to brown and close to burnt. You need to be aware of the quicker cooking times but wow what an oven!

Energy efficiency's important to me So one box ticked, here's another three: The display panel's perfect, the functions all clear, So a technophobe like me has really nothing to fear. A plus for the manual, it's in English not Greek, I found out all you need to know in less than a week. My roasts and cakes and biscuits are wonderful fare, Thanks to technology and 3D hot air! My friends and family wonder Why my grub is now so posh So I lead them to the kitchen And say:"Hallelujah Bosch!"

Real value for money, Bosch takes some beating. I would highly recommend.

Installation was excellent. The oven works very well. Only one small problem: I cannot reset the time on the clock (which is out of synch by about 2 minutes) because when you press and hold the clock icon as instructed, it goes straight to SAFE (child-proof) mode, and won’t let you adjust the time. I haven’t had time to contact Bosch about this yet, but will have to before the clocks change! Everything else works really well.
