Ordered my microwave and it arrived a day later than than agreed, the packaging was burst and when I opened the parcel I was disappointed that the microwave was damaged in a few places. Called AO and went through the returns process with them, which was easy enough but was on the phone for sometime waiting on this being resolved. Eventually it was agreed that a replacement would be sent out, I had to wait a further week! Overall I’m pleased with the microwave and the service was fine.
