Looks great and fits perfectly. Exactly what we wanted. Haven’t used it yet as we are waiting for some building work to be finished but am impressed so far.

Ordered my microwave and it arrived a day later than than agreed, the packaging was burst and when I opened the parcel I was disappointed that the microwave was damaged in a few places. Called AO and went through the returns process with them, which was easy enough but was on the phone for sometime waiting on this being resolved. Eventually it was agreed that a replacement would be sent out, I had to wait a further week! Overall I’m pleased with the microwave and the service was fine.

Brilliant little unit. Fit the same slot as the old one perfectly and is really simple to use. The AO guys fitted it and tool the old one away and were done in minutes.

Very stylish easy to install and use and being built in saves so much space on the worktop. My only slight negative is the illuminated clock is a different colour to my Hisense oven which the microwave sits above.

Nice looking when in place but with my unit I feel it required some sort of fixing kit. Used what came with microwave and when sat in place and I have no issues using it. Easy to use and good instructions
