Only basic features, but for the money I think it would be hard to beat this little freezer. Dimensions are exactly as described so it fitted perfectly, and the internal space is excellent for its overall size. The three drawers are all spacious. It's been running for a week, and it's quiet and freezes quickly. This model also has a fire-retardant metal back, which provides peace of mind.

This freezer arrived in good condition and was as described in the specification. Convenient sized drawers and easy to change the door opening side.

Replaced a similar freezer we had for over 25yrs. The Hi Sense has run quietly and efficiently now for several weeks, definitely more economical than our old freezer and holds enough frozen food for us. Do be aware that with this model you need to leave an adequate gap, 75 -100mm, each side and back for cooling (the sides get warm) which was not a problem where we have located it but would be a problem if space was tight!

Simple to use, good quality build and very efficient. Draws are sturdy and it stores a good amount. In my opinion, better than more expensive models which hold less.

Compact freezer with loads of room inside. Three drawers makes all the space usable from the front to the back. Energy efficient. The only improvement for me would be a shelf for ice cube trays. Great product.

I chose this freezer because of it's energy rating, size & price. It fits very neatly underneath my kitchen counter. The door can be hinged from left or right & there is an unobtrusive handle. It is very quiet in operation. There are 3 large drawers, an element I chose because storage of different foods is more efficient [ I can freeze a large loaf of bread, for example]. There are 3 temperature settings; the dial being set in such a way that the temperature cannot be accidentally changed. The overall look is simple & elegant. I would most certainly recommend this freezer to other customers.

My last freezer was noisy - this is really quiet compared to that. He second day I thought it wasn’t on because it was quiet. It has a roomy drawer that is big enough for pizzas.
