Very pleased with our oven, it does what it says. Baking is a lot easier and cooking is evenly cooked. Plenty of room for multi-cooking

First oven was faulty.
Door was offset to one side by 6mm and the door caught the cabinet side when trying to close.
A call by Hotpoint engineer confirmed poor quality and authorised a replacement oven.
New oven arrived in quick time and all is well.
Despite the setback, would choose Hotpoint and Use AO again.
