New house necessitated new tumble dryer. Didn't want to make holes in the wall so chose the more modern heat pump version. Very pleased with my purchase. It is surprisingly economical to run, quiet, and the choice of programmes work well. Yes it takes a bit longer to dry a load but not unreasonably so. The programmes show the maximum drying time at the start but the sensor adjusts this as the load progresses so don't be put off by the estimated load time initially. Great product, suits our needs perfectly.

Was looking for an appliance that was quiet due to it being located in a open plan living arrangement. This fits the bill perfectly - not only quiet, but also an efficient and attractive looking appliance. Easy to install/use, simple instruction guide and numerous settings to choose from. Couldn't ask for a better product. Very impressed.

Samsung series 9 tumble dryer has been the best tumble dryer I have bought for a long time.

This dryer is fantastic 9kg wow. All the useful bells and whistles you could ever want. Build quality 2nd to none. I put in wet clothes and 2 hours later lovely soft warm clothes. It even plays a lovely tune on completion. There are loads of programs for every type of drying you need. The water tray slides out great with no way of spilling or dripping, so yes you can plumb the tumble dryer in but in my instance I don't need to do that. The tumble dryer looks so so modern it adds style to my kitchen. It Will on average only cost you approx. £30 a year to run A+++ so top mark. Samsung a very high tech reliable company which gives you a 5 year parts and labour warranty. It just show how confident they are in its ongoing reliability. It has wifi and can work off the front controls or remotely via you mobile phone. This tumble drier is a smart device. It does not steam up your house. It is top of the range but you will get your investment back long term due to the A+++ rating very very cheap to run. There is nothing to dislike it matches the all the claims by samsung. But if you want a negative the level adjusting plastic adjusters are a bit tight and needs a set of mole grips or spanner to wind them out. Small negative but insignificant. Bought through a fantastic company who I can not fault in any way they lived upto my expectations....Fantastic tumble dryer bought through a good reliable Web based company.

With the cold weather coming in Mr tumble keeps the show on the road for me, well built, easy to opperate, love the anti crincle option, means I don't have to iron ??

Had this dryer a month and can honestly say it is super quiet and dry’s quickly. The mixed cycle is what we use a lot of the time and is normally done within 1.5 hours despite it saying 3hr 15mins. The wireless is amazing and lets me know as soon as the washing is done which is what was needed as the dryer is located in a separate room under the house.

Is worth paying the price.

Very quiet in operation and gets clothes completely dry unlike our previous version, highly recommended!
