Who might have thought a tumble dryer could be a thing of beauty? OK, beauty might be a step too far, but this is a slick looking machine. Unlike some other manufacturers with drums this size the overall machine footprint isn't huge.
Drying cycles do take longer than the other vented dryer it's replaced but not pumping hot air out of a hole in the wall more than makes up for it.
There are various cycles available - more than i realised necessary. Dials and controls are clear, it's the first laundry appliance I've owned that has a light on the inside when you open it and it plays a nice tune to let you know that it's finished.
An expensive machine to buy, but I ran a cost benefit analysis against the old vented machine (or similar) and even with the c.£800 cost and running costs, this will still work out much cheaper than a less efficient machine over 5 years.
