This was the machine with all the best reviews so took the plunge despite the expense. Biggest disappointment is that it makes all my old appliances look very shoddy in comparison. It looks great, loads of functions and accessories. Took some fettling to get the pipe plumbed into the sink waste as it’s narrower than washing machine and overflow pipes but done and out of sight. Had to write a step by step for the missus but it seems to function exactly as advertised. Quiet, efficient and much quicker than the advertised cycles for a sub 6kg load (automatically stops when dry). Wireless connectivity fairly useless but it does alert to my phone when the door’s left open.

Very expensive, for a dryer, but seems to give excellent results, with no need for a vent pipe, no cold water feed and apparently remarkable low electric consumption, will take a while for payback, compared to a cheaper model, but so far really pleased with our purchase.

Great purchase, no need to vent to the outside, dryer works out how long to dry for therefore being super energy efficient

Great bit of kit! Looks amazing and performs fantasticly!. Costs just penny’s to dry a load and drys so quickly. Plenty of settings to chose from even a rack to dry delicate items like trainers or a folded woolly jumper. Well worth the price tag.

I couldn't be more disappointed when it first arrived as it simply didn't turn on but one quick phone call and AO replaced my faulty machine for a new one. The machine is very impressive, it dries quickly and uses hardly any electricity. Will pay for itself within the year for sure. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We love this heat pump dryer. It's got quite a few programmes, but often it takes a lot less time to dry as it detects when to finish using a sensor. It's relatively quiet and dries a lot quicker than we expected even larger loads. The SmartThings app downloads a plugin which gives you loads of information including energy usage which is very useful. As it has an A+++ energy rating, its energy usage is a lot lower than our last machine.
