Amazing we've gone this long without a dryer like this. It's quiet and very effective. Takes a bit long to dry clothes, but guess that's the heat pump being as efficient as possible. Used roughly a third more electricity than its washer in the same series, beats having my clothes smell damp or hanging them on radiators.

We have only had the product for 1 month (& so I can’t comment of the costs to run, etc), however we are thrilled with it so far. Looks good and does the job well!

From ordering over the phone the customer service assistant helped me pay and get the tumble dryer delivered. The deliverymen were fantastic lifted the tumble over the wall and into the summerhouse. They had a laugh and joke with my husband Five star service.

Brilliant product with lots of features ! So helpful the self dispenser uses a lot less product ! The link to my phone is amazing I can how long is left or set a wash off from anywhere in my home ! My clothes are coming out lovely as well !

Had it a week, ok it’s expensive but i suppose you get what you pay for. Uses very little electricity, (you can see how much it uses on the app) time taken to dry clothes wasn’t long, 1 hour 8 mins for a fairly decent size load, lots of programs and features. Easy to empty the water and fluff tray, would definitely recommend, plus it comes with a 5 year warranty

At the moment its good. Quiet, big, does the job. However the smartthings app, not the best.. lots time need to reinstall ,as does not work properly..Also can not switch on the dryer with it..so does not really make sense to have it.. Be aware, the Samsung customer service useless. Manual not says clearly how can be connected to the wifi.. after called 3 times them, still nobody could says that need to press the " smart Control "for 6 seconds and there is the Wifi ON/OFF options.. That's all why my dryer did not connected to the wifi, but nobody could help.. I had to manage for myself..to find it out how things work. Also ao did not offer straight replacement ( was purchased 3 days ago, so they should , if its in 28 days happened, and the device faulty/ does not work well). Even when I talked 3 times with the manufacture company... They just always came up with the " need to talk with the samsung customer service". In the end, the device not faulty, but if I dont spend hours to find it out the problem's solution, what will I do?! Lucky I could sort it for myself.

The payback on this will be quick, we try and use it during the day as we have solar panels and it can cost less than 10p to do a cycle. Very energy saving. It was super simple to install and doesn't need plumbing in or venting like a traditional dryer, although you have the option to put a drain connection if it is convenient, but not necessary. The dryer itself has great, simple to use functions and is the quietest dryer I have every had. Can't recommend enough!
