Looks good and dries the washing using less electricity than our last tumble dryer. It usually takes around 2 hours for a load. No problems understanding how to run it or with app connection. We have no regrets about changing to a heat pump dryer.

Super energy efficient, its honestly so cheap to run. Fab design with the little things having been thought about. Dries perfectly with every programme you will ever need.

Great product. Really quiet and dries well.

I did a fair bit of research before buying this dryer. Yes, its quite expensive but the initial outlay is worth it considering how much we will save on our electricity bills compared to a condenser dryer. It has lots of different functions which I am yet to explore but so far so good. Its very straightforward to operate and I love that it detects when the clothes are perfectly dry. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet, quick and energy efficient.

We had tried a more cost effective brand and after 3 months it was t working. The Samsung has been 100% better from the time we plugged it in. Great appliance would recommend it. If your first time with a heat pump be aware they take longer to dry, worth the wait though, because of the electricity saving though

Drying takes a little longer than a vented one but it does save energy. Found the app not that easy to use but that might just be me.

Wary at first with it being heat pump. Seems very cost effective. With 5 years guarantee well worth a try
