Getting used to it. Seems to do the job but a different concept in drying for me. Currently using it not plumbed in to anywhere as no suitable pipework nearby. It only has adjustment on front 2 feet for levelling if, like mine, there is a dip in the corner where it was going. Not explored its capabilities fully yet but will see if there is any difference on power usage on my next bill. No details on 5 year warranty as advertised at AO supplied with item though I have bought the additional insurance

Should have changed our tumble dryer years ago this is a great product half the time to dry our washing and 50% less electricity used

Very happy with this product. Uses much less energy than the 6yr old condensing dryer it replaced and performs better too. It runs nice and quiet and the operating menu is easy to use and understand. I use the WiFi function to allow notifications on my phone (via the SmartThings app) when the cycle has completed, but this is optional and not something that interferes if you have no interest in using it (unlike other brands that almost force you to use their smart app).

Great machine. Loads of programs that do their job very efficiently. Can also be plumbed in, if required, so no emptying of the water. Uses much less energy than our old one. Vast improvement on our old condensing tumbler.

Product is awesome we use the tumble dryer alot having a family of 6. Great range of settings and looks to be. Money saver due to energy rating.

As stated, drying time is longer than condensed dryer but this can be reduced if less items in drum. Light inside drum is useful and the programs are suitable / easy to use. AO delivery was quick. They installed (plugged in and put in place) so I could start using. Fab!

Great machine, lots of options and learns your customisations after a number of uses. Doesn’t take longer than old machine (non- heatpump) and uses less energy.
