Very pleased with the new machine and controls are easy to use and plenty of different options for programs again easy to use. Adjustable feet to keep machine level and easy to empty the water collector and fluff part.

Hi, Product not so good. I ordered this tumble dryer few weeks ago, read the instructions and learned how to use it. Unfortunately, it doesn't meet our expectations. Drying takes way too long and sensors that should recognise that clothing or bedding is still wet don't seem to be working either. I was looking forward to have cupboard dry stuff after choosing 'cupboard dry ' setting, unfortunately is not what it promised. Clothing still damp and the program has to be repeated. Very disappointed have to tumble 2/3 times to get cupboard dry

I had a previous Beko condenser dryer which started to fail after many years, so I was happy to replace it with the same make. Although this dryer was at the bottom of the price range, it's miles better than the old one. It's quieter, quicker at drying, and my clothes come out less creased. Really impressed so far.

Thousands of times better than expected.

It’s a tumble dryer?? That’s what I think about it! But I am a middle age man who just needs dry pants and socks, if I was a young man, desperately seeking the love of his life, last minute doggedly drying his most favourite shirt ( the one which makes him look like Brad Pitt if Brad Pitt shopped at primark) then I would still be happy with it! The door opens, the drum goes round and your clothes lose all the moistness associated with wet washing! What more could you want? Well I actually want a lovely house on a fantasy island, so I could house this dryer in the place it deserves, rather than the damp outhouse it resides in, but you can’t always get what you want! Who sang that, It came with a free water bottle as well, which was just what I was wishing for, how on earth did you know, are you psychic? Green though, not the nicest of colours for a water bottle, but you tried, 3 out of 5 for that??

Total rubbish. Took all day to dry 3 washloads,cupboard dry would have meant putting away still damp,had to constantly check for dryness. Ruined 2 expensive jumpers of my wife using suggested programme,Beko "customer service"totally disinterested . It has been returned to AO 3 days after delivery.

It’s not AO’s fault but the beko tumble dryer we had delivered was faulty. Once installed and being used the problems started. The dryer generated so much heat that if you were to touch the side of the dryer near the door you will burn yourself. If you touch the top you will get third degree burns. We contacted Beko and are awaiting an engineer. Also the heat generated from the dryer made our paint run due to condensation. Just wish our old beko dryer could have been repaired. We never had an issues at all before.
