Fitting instructions are not helpful at all. Drawers are not a very good fit. They don’t slide well. Now up and running. Quiet ,washes and dries well. On the whole not a bad machine for the money.

Does the job of cleaning dishes adequately. There are still drops of water on some items though. Very quiet. Instructions take quite a bit of re-reading to understand - all pictures, no text.. had to reassure myself with YouTube videos before drilling holes in my kitchen unit doors. Overall - reasonably happy with it. Seems like good value.

Perfectly average. The intensive wash does quite well for cooked on stuff, the quick wash is good for general dishes. The door doesn't stay open on it's own however so you constantly have to hold it or it'll snap up and hit your dishes. And normal dinner plates don't fit in the bottom drawer without impeding the spinning arm unless you put them in the furthest out two slots on each side, meaning you can only wash 4 plates at once.

The first machine we had delivered was faulty and wouldn’t start any cycles. AO customer services were fantastic and arranged a replacement after Beko wanted to make us wait until the lock down was over for an engineer to come out. The second machine works and does a good job. Aside from a faulty machine the only other thing is the instructions are very unclear. Maybe very badly translated to English? It is not quiet, but this isn’t an issue in our house configuration. We like the Eco cycle and the rapid 30 min one is useful too.

Now the dishwasher is in we are pleased with its performance so far. Fitting it was a different matter. The instructions were not good and the template to fix the door on was completely wrong. I had a competent kitchen fitter who took ages but a novice would be overwhelmed.

Prompt delivery, however the dishwasher waste subsequently leaked which I had to fix myself. Cost of appliance back would be great compensation for soggy cupboard and personal time wasted.

Great machine I'm sure and I bought it due to reviews on Which. Only problem is I'm struggling to adjust to the hardest water setting and can make neither head nor tail of the manual. If anyone has had success, please write it up in a review here, this model only seems available via ao.com Then I hope I can write a positive review!

This was the first time I had bought a dishwasher so I was unaware of the difference between integrated and freestanding. I thought it could have been made clearer that the door was not included. It was not immediately obvious how to get the product started and I thought the user manual could be clearer on this. Otherwise the product is reasonably priced and seems to be working ok after 1 use.
