Faulty dishwasher received. Beko sent an engineer to try and fix it, but resolved to send a new one. Still waiting for updates and a new machine.

Really disappointed , our old Beko dishwasher was great hence when it needed replacing this one sounded perfect. Now we have to be careful where we put dinner plates in and any "tall" cutlery as everything catches on the rota arms!! Wish it could be returned, can't get anywhere near as much in this one as our old one.

When installed the machine would not start.

Product is terrible. So far I've had it for 8 months and had to get an engineer out 3 times so far. 1st time to diagnose that the 'head unit' was faulty, 2and time to fit and now looks like the motor has packed up. Not good enough. Will avoid beko in the future and would advice others who don't want to be stuck with a faulty product to do the same.

Arrived as promised by 2 very pleasant and helpful gents. Unpacked and spent some time installing as per instructions. Switched on to flashing lights on control then beep and then nothing. Checked and double checked but to no avail. Contacted beko who apologised and arranged for engineer later this week. Hoping he can sort problem and will be able to give accurate review of cleaning ability. Disappointed but optimistic!!

The dishwasher fitting instructions were not very clear or well written. The door fitting was a particular issue. I phoned BEKO to request additional information, however they stated that their company policy that they could not assist beyond what was in the initial instructions and that it was up to the retailer to provide support ! Not very helpful and unlikely to buy a BEKO product again if that is their level of customer service.

Delivered ok but was not working when it was taken out of the packaging . Very poor experience.

Have not been able to use it since instaled by engineer on 26th Sep 2019 - machine not draining/not working. Still waiting to have it fixed!
