Grill on high turns itself off and will not come back on for several minutes! Very annoying and frustrating. The finish of the product is not great either, but that is a minor thing.

Very poor quality product but it works. Shabby construction, not level, door seals don't fit and top oven shelves not level. Overall very poor quality build.

If i could i wouldn't even give it one star. Shelves in top oven are not level and are very tight and difficult to put in or out. Both top and bottom rubber seals fitted very poorly, overlap into oven and loose. Main oven does not cook evenly. Overall this is a very poor shabby product that is cheaply put together. Would never frecommend this to anyone.

cooks. for longer period steam leaks from bottom of main oven. cannot keep grill element on for over 10 minutes, it cuts out probably safety reason. 2 years and 2 months in no longer working. will not buy this again or the similar looking models (exactly the same just other branding). the previous model I had (the same model different brand) the element broke 3 years in.

It works as advertised. The controls are very difficult to see, they are black on black. The symbols should be in BOLD and WHITE then it would be great. Sorry I did not pick this up from other reviews.

razor sharp edges i cut my self on installing it. had buy a tube of black heat resistant silicone to cover the sharp edges at the top of the oven so the wife did cut her self cleaning round the top of the control panel

Great cooker for price .bought for my elderly parents and was delivered on time with mimimun fuss. The cooker is easy to use with clear instructions main oven cooks great .coudnt get a better cooker for price.service was excellent from start to finished

We ordered this oven as a replacement for a virtually identical model which we had for 6 years. The oven is so quiet when switched on and I was very pleased when it was fitted. I noticed that when the oven is switched on, the top where the controls are, starts to get hot. The metal area becomes so hot when the oven is in use that you have to be careful when using the timer. There is also a build up of moisture inside the oven when you cook that drips down into the cupboard below when you open the door. I did not have these problems with my previous model. 7 days after the item was fitted I rang ao. I was put through to the manufacturer to book an engineer visit. I have an engineer coming next week to check it. I have been advised that when the engineer finds a fault I should refuse the repair and then ao will replace the item. So I am very disappointed with this as I thought it would be an easy purchase.
