We have had a Hotpoint oven for many years and have been more than satisfied with its efficiency, if it lasts as long as our previous one we will be very happy.

Good build, really happy with large fan oven and interchangeable shelves. Meat tray catches spillages and keeps bottom of oven clean. Split grill saves energy. Top oven handy and a good size. Really happy with ease of use and design.

Bought to replace a broken older Hotpoint oven. I have found this very simple to use. It heats up in a reasonable time and seems to cook evenly. Good size for a family. Grill has been used and no problems with it. The oven is very easy to clean. Overall I would say we are happy with the oven and found it a good price compared to some of the other ovens available. The only poor point is the controls seem a little cheap.

Great value double oven, bought to replace an existing eye level oven that had stopped working. Heating up time is significantly quicker than my old oven and the heat distribution within both ovens is good. I bake a lot and my cakes are evenly cooked. Cooked Christmas dinner for 12 and easily fitted a giant turkey in the main oven. Good functional spacing of shelves in the main oven and a great size- seems to be slightly bigger on the internal capacity compared to my old oven. Controls are easy to use and easy to see temperatures. Overall a great kitchen appliance.

The oven was delivered on time and we where very pleased with the look and display of the replacement oven

This oven replaced a former oven also by Hotpoint and has many improvements. The grill takes a little time to heat up but the oven is much quicker than the old one. We have only had it a couple of weeks but my husband (who is the chief cook!) feels it has been smoky a couple of times but my baking ( pies and cakes etc) do not seem to have this effect. Over-all a good buy at a good price.

If i could i wouldn't even give it one star. Shelves in top oven are not level and are very tight and difficult to put in or out. Both top and bottom rubber seals fitted very poorly, overlap into oven and loose. Main oven does not cook evenly. Overall this is a very poor shabby product that is cheaply put together. Would never frecommend this to anyone.

Grill and top oven automatically turn off after about 10 minutes! I contacted Hotpoint and they insist that it is a new feature to save energy! Surely if a grill switches off its not grilling? Are they talking rubbish? Anyone know?
