The N30 D64 works well. As you would expect from Neff. I would like to see the option to down load user/installation information on AO.com website. The only negative would be that we have low ceilings in our old house and the distance between the bottom of the extractor and the ducking outlet is significate. I wish I been able to check that before hand.

Quality product, well packaged and superb service...very quiet compared to previous extractor and a very solid build...NEFF even send a stainless steel cleaning cloth. Simple but modern design to fit any style of kitchen.

Looks good & works well. Lights up the whole stove top, unlike my old one which only lit up half of it. Highest level is really quite noisy but to be expected I guess. I don’t like that if you have it on 1 speed but decide to change to another one the buttons all remain pushed in - you have to physically push all buttons you’ve pressed to turn it off. This is pretty frustrating given that it’s not a cheap extractor.

This product was easy to fit and works really well. So pleased as this was a replacement for a previous NEFF Cooker Hood that gave up after 17 years of use. It will be great if this one lasts as long.

Certainly quality that you would expect from Neff. Well packed, relatively easy to install. Nice bright lights and quiet especially on speed 1 which is where is most likely to be needed.

Buttons at the front so good for shorter people. The lights are good and bright too !

Excellent product, works perfectly, chimney part was a bit tricky to fit, AO changed date of delivery last minute but great communication to resolve the issue
