The item itself is great. However, was advised by AO.com that they don't sell the charcoal filters but recommended another source. This proved not to be the case and I have paid four times the cost I had been indicated.

Good product, exactly what we needed - although we did have to purchase an additional filter to use it to recirculate (I didn’t realise this when I initially purchased it), fair price and great delivery.
