Brilliant hoover, great suction however we received the item with a damaged plug. One of the legs were bent and we got an electrician over to change the plug.

Charlie the Hoover has exceeded our expectations for performance, the suction that it delivers is the best we have ever had, it comes with plenty of extra tools for all types of cleaning. Excellent product.

Absolutely worth the money brilliant, loads of room for cleaning and doesn't take up too much space if you are wanting to space save.

Absolutely fantastic, we all love this Charles wet n dry vaccum. My children have never wanted to help clean so much! He's so easy to use and has every attachment you need to have a sparkly clean house. Suction is fantastic, and long cords both plug and hoover hose!! Best vaccum we've had!

Used to clean out clogged up shower waste pipe and did a great job. A tapered hose connection would have been useful but I found one from an old machine which fitted Charles. Easy to handle, use and clean out afterwards.
