It's a great looking hob and matches the pictures, but it does cook slower than our previous one. The dual size ring (front left) is a bit temperamental and doesn't always recognise our smaller pans. Installation tip: it has 3 wires, we weren't aware of this when we purchased it (our previous hob only had 2). We didn't have a slot for the extra wire, so if you have a similar set up then you need to put the black & brown wires together in the same slot... although it may be a tight squeeze if your oven is also wired into the same box like ours is!

Great hob, love the timer control on each ring and the versatility of the 2 rings in one! If I have a down-side it’s trying to keep it clean as you do have to spend time to keep it shiny! Having had to retire it’s predecessor this replacement comes up trumps!

Just arrived today and used it once but so far I am very impressed with it.It heats up very quickly and is easy to clean.If there is a slightly, negative point ,its that the touch controls took me a wee while to work out.And,for that reason,might not be ideal for an elderly customer. However,once mastered, they are easy to use.I would recommend this product .

Very easy to install. Looks good. Wipes clean easily. It takes a while to heat up and makes a bit of crackling noise which I’m told is normal. Overall happy with product.?

Overall very good easy to install, stainless or copper pans work best as the ones we had for the old gas stove did not heat up enough for some reason although they was old
