Just arrived today and used it once but so far I am very impressed with it.It heats up very quickly and is easy to clean.If there is a slightly, negative point ,its that the touch controls took me a wee while to work out.And,for that reason,might not be ideal for an elderly customer. However,once mastered, they are easy to use.I would recommend this product .

This hob was intended as a direct replacement for a cracked Belling hob and fitted into the previously cut recess without any problems. The touch controls take a bit of getting used to, but it’s so much easier to clean without control knobs. The reason that it’s lost one star is because the wattage of the rings are not as powerful as our old one. Perhaps I should have checked this before ordering it, but we wanted a Belling and there wasn’t much choice. Otherwise, we are getting on with it fine and will just have to live with the slight lack of power.

Very nice hob does what it is supposed too, disappointed with the warranty as it showed up three years when I looked on the web page, now changed, as I have always purchased Hotpoint in the past but as three years warranty was offered on the Belling I picked that one. However, it is a lovely hob only downside is when you use the double ring the number constantly flashes on the heat setting.

Bought this product to replace my previous Belling hob which I had for over 10 years, the only reason for the replacement was due to one ring playing up but being safety conscious decided to renew with another more updated belling hob. Never had any problems at all with the last one and has been a fantastic appliance and also looks very stylish. Would definitely recommend this product

Has been in less than a week. Sometimes it will turn on, other times it won’t. Sometimes it turns itself on! Electrician who fitted all the appliances in our kitchen said he didn’t feel happy leaving it connected. Called Belling and they said they will contact me with a date to check it which could be next week, could be the week after. I’m left with two kids and no hob for who knows how long! Oh and when I told them that the electrician had disconnected it, I got told that the engineer will be checking for any tampering which may invalidate the warranty!!! I’m registered disabled so couldn’t disconnect it myself, I wasn’t saying he’d tampered with it!
