Product is really good. Easy to use and great value

This is an upgrade Belling hob to replace our previous hob that was on its last legs after 8 years of use. the old one had bulky control knobs which made cleaning rather difficult, this upgrade has inbuilt touch screen buttons with locking mechanism too. it also has the added duel choice ring for medium or large pans depending on preference. Looks ultra-modern and gives instant heat control.

We bought this to replace a multi-zone ceramic hob that had cracked across after just one year's use (not a Belling). I fitted this Belling hob myself and it was very easy, taking just 20 minutes after removing it from the package. We were immediately impressed with the look and quality of finish. And we found it is very easy to use. The rings heat up quickly and pans come to the boil very quickly - much faster than the previous hob. We particularly like the safety feature of the on/off switch and the dual zone ring which is very handy when using a larger pan such as a wok or casserole pot. Two slight criticisms are that the instructions for use of the dual zone ring are not crystal clear and it took a few trial and error tries to understand how to use it. Also the extended warranty leaflet included in the packaging was out of date and when we tried to buy the warranty cover, we were offered a much less attractive insurance product. Overall though we are pleased with this hob

Really good heats up quick easy to use

Bought in a hurry as our previous hob broke suddenly - pleased with the product it looks goodand functions perfectly.

The item is fine albeit the the hob was not on the delivery van when it arrived on its scheduled visit. I had to wait another day and reschedule the fitting.
