Arrived with a damaged knob (still waiting on a replacement). AO needed the serial nos of the oven that they delivered to process the replacement, which they advised was on inside of the oven door (it wasn't). When I went back to advise that it was inaccessible because it was on back oven, they ignored my feedback and just repeated the request (facepalm). Have had pay my gas engineer to pull the oven back out to get the serial nos...

I'd read mixed reviews of this product and was unsure but ordered it anyway. I'm well pleased I did - fantastic product for the money. It has all the usual features but just does it well without complicated functions. Happy customer - fantastic service from AO.

Good quality, smart finish and easy to use. As a professional chef , this is exactly what I wanted at home.The two ovens are ideal for catering for large families, batch cooking making it energy efficient. Easy to clean.
