Arrived with a damaged knob (still waiting on a replacement).
AO needed the serial nos of the oven that they delivered to process the replacement, which they advised was on inside of the oven door (it wasn't).
When I went back to advise that it was inaccessible because it was on back oven, they ignored my feedback and just repeated the request (facepalm). Have had pay my gas engineer to pull the oven back out to get the serial nos...
