As always from searching on your website to placing my order to the guys that delivered our new cooker the whole experience of shopping with ao was a great pleasure. And the the guys that did the delivery and collection of our old cooker were brilliant, well mannered and very aware of our other property so as to not cause any damage. And the cooker that we purchased is as described by ao , it works really well the only down side to the cooker is that the switches turn to easily, and in our kitchen when the wife opens a drawer right next to the cooker when wearing her lose fitting jumpers her sleeve turns the switch for back righthand ring. Very straightforward appliance with simple and clear instructions . Have used a few times since installation and produced great results.

Great unit, replaces a similar unit that had been baking bread everyday, roasting, boiling, frying & grilling - every day for nigh on 10 years The old one was still going strong but the nobs & buttons had simply worn away the pictures and numbers I’m sure it would run for another 10yrs - I’ve only ever had to put a bulb in the oven once A great unit - would recommended to anyone, solid, reliable and very functional ??

Only installed a short while ago but from what I've used I'm very pleased with every aspect, my creda gave up ghost after 18 years, my belling under 8 years, so keeping fingers crossed this lovely AEG will follow in footsteps of Creda. love the steam bake feature which was used to bake homemade Bacon and tomato quiche, turned out lovely, just right amount of moisture, light and great taste. Can't wait to use it for Christmas.
