Came scratched. The product itself is great and very pleased

Great sized oven and hob however the instructions are useless as they don't show what any of the oven symbols mean.

The oven is exactly what I wanted The website is easy to navigate, ordering was simple. Booking delivery was straightforward I was able to book both removal & recycling of my old appliance & installation of my new one. The delivery details were updated with a delivery slot The installation was excellent, on time, and efficient, the guys were great Excellent, thank you AO

So far very pleased with the cooker. Easy to use and looks very stylish.

So, the first one we received didn't work - engineer said there was a fault with the clock. Immediate exchange arranged and all seems fine with the replacement. Love the look, the large oven and the wok ring!

Good range, oven heats up fast and works very well. Only downside is that the 2 large jobs are at the back, with the smaller ones at the front, which is a little frustrating if you are on the short side, trying to peer over big pots at the back of the cooker

I loved my original 70cm smeg so much I bought another one. This one is better too, much efficient, bigger oven and best of all I don’t have to feel guilty about not cleaning it as it cleans itself. I gad my original smeg cooker 15yrs and it was still working when I upgraded to this one. Quality lasts.
